Una serata all&#8217;insegna dei prodotti autunnali, dalla zucca alle castagne del monte Faito, ma soprattutto pasta fresca preparata e cucinata al momento, permettendo ai presenti di approfondire le nozioni fondamentali per un buon manicaretto. L&#8217;evento \u00e8 stato organizzato per dare il benvenuto all&#8217;autunno e per selezionare, con l&#8217;aiuto dei clienti in sala, nuove ricette e piatti da inserire in men\u00f9. Naturalmente la scelta dei piatti sar\u00e0 libera e non mancher\u00e0 una grande selezione di carni e pizza, con prodotti slow food e igp. Obiettivo?
